"Show all seconds" option not working

App version 7.4.0-p on iOS 18.1.1
I'm able to flip the toggle to "show all seconds", but when creating a table the times options only show 5/10/15/etc seconds as choices.
I believe I first noticed this issue after I signed up for a trial of the Pro version -- it was working on the free version and I only noticed the issue after signing up for Pro, but can't say for certain that one caused the other (don't have a way to revert back to free version of app)
