The Apple Watch, garmin watches, and certain pulse oxy monitors like the oxy ring 0299 have accelerometers which could be used to measure a contraction. It would be insanely awesome to be able to passive register a contraction

maybe it's good have a possibility to choose to start with different time from rest time. For example: Breathing 2 min Hold 40 sec Rest 1 min Hold 50 Rest 1min …. ….

Sometimes I have strong vasoconstriction and my hands get really cold and bloodless. There is need to able to use 2 devices simultaneously. For example I have Garmin chest strap for heart rate and Medisana pm 100 connect for oximeter. Since I only can currently use one device my finger oximeter is overwriting chest strap. Thank you for consideration

It would be awesome to be able to sync workouts to Strava or other training platforms. These usually use .fit files, so even an "export to .fit" option would be awesome! I don't know how similar this would be to implement to the "export to csv" request in another thread... So I created a separate post here. Thanks for an awesome app!

Wäre es möglich, durch das App von Stamina auf der Garmin Uhr auch gleich in Training zu starten und dieses somit in der Garmin App als Training aufzulisten, bzw. zu hinterlegen? Dies natürlich auch mit der Herzfrequenz. Feature request. Is it possible to get a overview of all the hold times till first contraction from all exercises and maybe a average/week so we can track evolution of the delay. Apart from a pb, i guess knowing if you are actually delaying the first contraction is the 2th most important part of static training. Now we have to press each individual training, write them down. Many tables dont have any contractions (easy, medium), some have (hard, pb). there is alot of variation from one day to another, but if you group all date i guess you should see it increasing Just one graph with all them plotted. X : day Y: time till first contraction. Would be nice ! Dive free and safe 🙏

Will there be a possibility for a Life-Time subscription option at least in the current stages to jump start and cover development cost? Alot of apps and softwares do that before completely becoming an annual / monthly subscription based app.

As a beginner, Im getting the courses online so having a note section would help me perform the exercises correctly. Otherwise I would go and check where the hell I got the exercise from 😂

After every time I hold my breath i get a self assessment question asking if i could have done more or was that my best or i couldn't complete the time This question would be asked every time in every breath section of the table After i finish the table i get 2 options 1 take an average of the answers let's say 3 times it was easy and 3 times i couldn't complete so the average is it was just right for me 2 change each one separately so the ones were i chose easy time will increase for that hold and if i choose hard time will decrease There could be a settings menu to turn off this because it might over crowd the app And in the settings menu chose how many seconds to increase or decrease when i choose easy/hard and Maybe here i can choose the option of take the average or each one by it's own And a settings option to do all this every 2 3 or 4 times i do the table And a setting to maybe ask the question on 1 or 2 random holds in the table every time İf you make this feature it will save me Soo much time. As a swimmer i already do this on a paper every 2 times i use a table to adjust the times but if it all happens automatically it will save so much time This could all be hidden in a advanced settings menu so it will not crowd the app but for those that regularly use long 30 minute tables it will save so much time as we spend a lot making and adjusting these tables The potential ways this feature could help are limitless İ will contribute to the app if this becomes a free feature Thanks for reading

Would be nice to have some kind of countdowns for pranayama, like "Inhale 10 ... 5... Hold 20 ... 10 ... 5, Exhale 10... 5... Hold 20...10...5, ..."
