I would love to be able to define sets within a training like 2x(3x3m/1m)/3m (two sets of 3 min holds with 1 min recovery, 3 minutes between sets).
Sets wouldn’t have to be identical but that could be the default.
This feature could automatically extend to be able to integrate complex warmups into a training, as the warmups could be defined as a set.
Currently I have to run each set as a separate training which is really annoying.
